Several of Cache Valley's smaller museums keep limited hours or are open by appointment only — the Clarkston and Paradise DUP museums in particular. A quick check of their website or a phone call before you visit will save you a wasted trip.

Parking on the USU campus
Several of Logan's best museums are on the Utah State University campus, including the Nora Eccles Harrison Museum of Art, the Museum of Anthropology and the Geology Museum. Campus parking is available but worth planning for, especially on weekdays during the school year.

Downtown museums are walkable
The Cache Museum is located in downtown Logan and pairs easily with lunch, a gallery visit or a stroll through historic downtown. Make a half day of it.
