Utah State University has been perfecting the art of making dairy products since the agricultural college was founded in 1888. Hence the mascot’s name “the Aggies.” Choose from nearly 30 flavors of ice cream, plus hand-crafted cheeses. Locals argue over which is their favorite, but Aggie Bull Tracks with chocolate ice cream, peanut butter cups and caramel is always at the top.
